Craving junk food! :( all i wanted was; cake, chocolate, candy or all of the above at the same time! But as we all know ( well those of us with a eating problem ) the guilt that always follows eating such good, would cause me to encourage my disorder…. which is the last thing i want to do.
So i made a plan :) and satisfied my cravings with the guilt free, sugar and cab free coke zero, chunky creamy fat free cottage cheese and added some healthy texture with almonds :)

7:00am breakfast shake
- 1 raw egg, crushed cinnamon, 3 scoops of herbal life and 125ml of filtered water
8-11am GYM BINGE
11:30 LUNCH TIME
- 1/2 an avo and mushrooms
- green tea
- 2 tomatoes, 1 chilly and cinnamon [ steamed together]
18:00 DINNER IS READY
- 1 steamed hake fillet, 1/2 an avo, mushrooms and almonds
- black coffee
List of Foods Low in Sugar
Fruits Low in Sugar: These include raspberries, lime, strawberries, peaches casaba melon, rhubarb, nectarines, watermelon, apples, papaya, guava, grapefruits, avocado, blueberries and apricots etc.
Vegetables Low in Sugar: Low sugar vegetables comprise green bell peppers, celery, broccoli, mushrooms, spinach, chicory onions, Swiss chard asparagus, lettuce, Arugula and cucumber. All the vegetables are rich in minerals and different vitamins. Add one vegetable daily in your diet and you can remain fit by getting all the essential vitamins and minerals.
Dairy Products: Among dairy products cottage cheese is low in fat and low in sugar. So you can use it in replace of your high fat and sugar cheese.
Air Popped Popcorn: These are grains low in sugar content and are quite good to satisfy your food cravings.
Shrimp: It possesses no sugar at all and is great source of iron, phosphorus, vitamins B complex, and selenium. All are essential to carry out different kind of functions n our body. For instance, iron is needed to make blood in our body. Its absence may lead to iron deficiency anemia. Dipping the steamed shrimp into salsa or in a little quantity of balsamic vinaigrette can make it even lighter and low in fats and sugar.
Egg Whites: They contain just very low calories and no sugar at all. You can use Egg whites with vegetables that are also low in sugar such as mushrooms and spinach to change the taste and add spice or you can use them with low sugar meal or snacks. Egg whites are also a good source of proteins.
Opting foods that are low in both carbohydrates and fats can facilitate you to control your calories and allow you to eat healthy food. By avoiding the intake of high caloric or sugar foods, you will decrease your sugar and detrimental fat intake and storage noticeably

sweat sweat sweat and more sweat! honestly who knew sweating could be sooo SEXY.. and boy oh boyzzz today it was! with 2 hours of heart raising cardio and jaw dropping [from the ‘secret’ male audience i had collected] stretching i can honestly say i havn’t this physically, mentally and emotionally satisfied in a while - not to mention it did wonders for my ego.
so i may have juuust made it to the car befor feeling faint [ sssh our little secret ] it was by far the best thing i could have done! and tomorrow morning im going back for yet another GYM binge!
